From the artist ... Hello, and welcome to my website. This is a brand new site and very much a work in progress, but I thought it was important to get these pages up so others could see my work. This picture is my latest creation and included in this web site are more pictures of him. I have also created five other sculptures, three of which have been cast in bronze. Pictures of these sculptures are also on this site.

I have also been learning about the foundry process and what it requires to take a piece from concept to finished product. As this site grows, I will share those experiences with you. I will also include an autobiography page for anyone who might be interested in reading it, and links to other web sites featuring other realistic figurative sculptors. Other links will include foundries, sculpture supply houses, sculpture organizations, and anything else I think may be of interest.

Unfortunately, this site will not deal with technique. That is something each artist must arrive at individually. I believe with deep conviction that the best lessons learned in life are the lessons we teach ourselves. Experiment, do research, study anatomy, and sculpt. That is my advice to any procrastinators out there thinking of taking up sculpting but unsure of how to proceed.
